 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Literally saved me! Car completely no power, stuck in a awkward spot, came out as soon as he could and fixed it on the spot. It would of cost me twice as much to get it towed and then garage fee on top. Excellent, professional service from a lovely guy, thankyou.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Updated review: Alternator gave out in Oct 2023. Nowhere could get my car in and I needed to return to London. Found Steve, and as he was mobile, I was relieved when he agreed to fix my car. Paid for the supposedly brand new alternator Steve told me he was ordering on 19th October after initial check, and he was due to come back the following morning at 10am. Did not arrive. I text for an ETA and he replied saying he'd not be coming until the following day due to it raining. He didn't attempt to call or text me at all, I had to chase him. His attitude wasn't great when he finally arrived either. He finally came out and fitted the alternator, but provided no invoice despite asking for 1. He ignored my follow up request too. Fast forward to today, and I've just had to part with another £370 to a garage after the alternator failed again. Mechanics said the alternator Steve fitted was clearly 2nd hand as was completely corroded already in the space of 2 yrs, so not new as advised. Avoid

Steve came out short notice, arrived on time (a little early actually 😁), identified and sorted the fault quickly as prepared! Lovely guy, friendly, fab service and very reasonably priced! Helped us out of pickle, especially with the time of year. Can’t thank him enough. Number saved and will definitely be in touch for any future repairs. Thanks Steve!

Phoned Steve and he was at my door within 30 mins. 1hr later, problem solved and car back to life. Steve sorted the lights out on my dad's car and whilst there I decided to have a Road Angel dashcam fitted front and rear.
